Since we are all concerned about COVID-19, we thought we would share the direct link to the World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic announcement here. It is important to understand that WHO is still asking for us to "Find, isolate, test and treat every case and trace every contact." Declaring a pandemic has not reduced our obligation to protect the vulnerable, it has increased it.
